Palate: Well balanced and cheerful Brut Sangria whose mild taste on the palate comes from the reduction of the wine, with green apple, cinnamon and elderberry flowers which add a depth and character that belies its playful nature. The result is a fresh tart flavour, which leaves an agreeable taste in the mouth full of nuances which develops into a drier sensation, and finishes with a fresh aftertaste combined with the delicious lingering flavour of the aroma.
