This limited series whisky from the far North of Scotland, Wolfburn’s Batch No. 318 is a combination of lightly-peated spirit, matured for seven years in first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts, balanced with spirit matured for seven years in first-fill Bourbon barrels. Rebuilt in 2012, Wolfburn produces a range of high quality, small-batch releases, utilising some exquisite fortified wine cask maturation and finishing.
