Ageing: 100% French and American oak for 6 months & at least 4 months bottle ageing.

Colour: Deep violet with reddish tints.

Nose: Aromas of ripe cherry & blueberry with notes of choc & sweet spice.

Palate: Generous texture and a core of concentrated red berry fruit flavors laced with touches of coffee and toast from light oak ageing. A long and persistent finish with soft and velvety tannins.

Food Pairing: Ideal with red meats, sauces, cheese and pasta dishes.

Alcohol: 14%
